What technical problems can occur when uploading a photo?

Problems occurring while uploading photos may be due to:
  1. Inadequate photo size and/or format. You can easily upload images in the following formats: jpeg, png. The size limits applied are: not less than 1080 pixels and not more than 10mb;
  2. Your Internet browser does not work properly. Check your Internet connection and make sure you are using the latest browser version, or try using a different one.
  3. The camera or gallery apps do not have permission to upload photos to the site. If you use an Android device simply authorise the apps by going to settings, choosing "apps" from the menu, choosing the browser you are using from the various apps. Click on the "authorisations" item and then authorise the camera and memory. If you are using an Iphone device, to authorise the app simply click on settings, search for the browser you are using and authorise it to access the photos.
