Usually, all charges for purchases are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are issued for partially used periods.
Please bear in mind, before making a refund request, that no refunds are permitted for credit package purchases.

If you believe there have been technical issues and wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service.
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our operators, who will conduct checks and provide you with feedback via e-mail.

Please fill out all the fields in our form. Have the following information ready:

  1. The email address used to register for the service
  2. The date and amount of the transaction
  3. If you paid with a credit or debit card:
    a) The last four digits of the card used
    b) The card’s expiration date
  4. If you paid with PayPal through Codapay:
    a) The email address used to register for the service
    b) The Codapay transaction number, which can be found on the purchase confirmation uploaded to your personal area on the website
  5. If you paid with Apple Pay:
    a) The email address of your account registered on the website
  6. If you paid with Google Pay:
    a) The email address of your account registered on the website
  7. The reason for your request

This information is essential to allow our operators to process your request as quickly as possible.
